He has extensive experience in running start-up projects, restructuring and bankruptcy of enterprises as well as mergers and acquisitions. He advises domestic and foreign investors in the processes of negotiating and concluding trade agreements, including investment and construction processes. He specializes in construction law and consulting legal aspects of the current operations of business entities, in particular in the area of commercial law, company law and broadly understood civil law.
He has many years of experience in conducting court proceedings, both civil and commercial ones. He also represents Clients before administrative courts.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She speaks English.
His hobbies include modern history, music and motorization. He is passionate about winter sports, running and tennis.
